Vee is the energizer bunny of #TeamKICKASS. Her energy and positivity is contagious, and helps fuel our endeavors. A runner at heart, she is also a fitness instructor and more recently became certified in yoga to round out her fitness aresenal.
When she began running, she went all in. In a 4 year period, she ran 56 half marathons, 5 marathons, and two 50k trail races (in a three weekend period!), not to mention multiple 5k and 10k’s and some triathlons. With all of that running, it’s easy to see how Scott got pulled in too.
Fitness instruction has become one of her main focuses over the last few years. She is certified in many Les Mills programs, almost all of the Zumba formats, and a few other fitness classes. She is also a certified personal trainer. In 2018, along with Les Mills Trip, Grit, Body Flow, CX Works, and Sprint, she completed a 200 hour yoga teacher certification through Create Karma. As she began to work yoga into her own fitness program, she fell in love with the grounding that it brings. For 2019, she is adding Les Mills Body Combat.
